Portopiccolo is located 100 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the villa.
It is composed of two independent houses, each with a swimming pool, two parking spaces and a large garden.
They have four large and luminous bedrroms, two of them located in the ground floor and two in the first floor, maid’s quarter and laundry. A living room with a guest bathroom, overlooking the comfortable porch with a barbecue.
The main suites have a balcony and a porch, and are equipped with a queen size bed. The other two suites have two twin beds each. Al of them have air conditioning and ceiling fan, as well as mobile venetian blinds.
The 12 meters tile swimming has led lighting and a confortable deck, with a garden shower.
The houses stand out for their design, their construction details, their large windows and their luminosity. There is also the possibility of a direct access to the garden for those coming from the beach.
